I've worked in Finance and VC, Biz Ops at a digital media startup (The Dodo, Seed to Series A), and Finance/Strategy at a healthtech startup (Monument, Seed to Series B). Most recently, I co-founded a B2B SaaS company (Build Health), which is proving to be the most difficult thing I've ever done. I have an MBA, not that I expect you to be impressed. I consider myself a "super generalist," but I have no illusions about being an expert in anything.
In my free time, which is increasingly dwindling, I do a little writing and a lot of thinking. I created this site to (A) house my musings, and (B) force myself to publicize them and open myself to critique.
My inspirations in creating this blog (do we say "blog" anymore?) are Fred Wilson, Ben Thompson, Matthew Ball, among others—no one ever accused me of not setting my goals high enough. I'm mostly writing here for myself, but I hope you also get something out of it.
